We will be happy to accept returns in any of our 16 retails stores and provide a refund or exchange on most unopened items sold by Namco in new condition returned within 30 days from receipt of product.
Products must be in new condition and sealed in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost or for retuning to one of our 16 Namco stores.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all opened merchandise.
All damaged items will be inspected upon arrival to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary.
All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Purchases without original store receipt will be issued a store credit for equal value.
Delivery fees, labor and services are not refundable.
Merchandise requiring pickup are subject to a $100.00 pickup fee.
Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
PATIO FURNITURE RETURN POLICY
Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt.
Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Assembled Patio Furniture or out of its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
