Our Return Policy for Online Orders

We will be happy to accept returns in any of our 16 retails stores and provide a refund or exchange on most unopened items sold by Namco in new condition returned within 30 days from receipt of product.

  • Products must be in new condition and sealed in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost or for retuning to one of our 16 Namco stores.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all opened merchandise.
  • All damaged items will be inspected upon arrival to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary.
  • All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Purchases without original store receipt will be issued a store credit for equal value.
  • Delivery fees, labor and services are not refundable.
  • Merchandise requiring pickup are subject to a $100.00 pickup fee.
  • Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.

PATIO FURNITURE RETURN POLICY

  • Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Assembled Patio Furniture or out of its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NO RETURNS POLICY

  • Parts are not eligible for refund and all sales are final.
  • Chemicals are not eligible for refund and all sales are final.
  • All special order covers and liners are not eligible for refund and all sales are final.
  • Gazebos are not eligible for refund and all sales are final.
  • All clearance floor model and special order merchandise sales are final.
