Return Policy for Website Orders

We will be happy to accept returns on most items purchased online within 14 days from receipt of product.

All returns must be authorized, have the website sales receipt and accompanied by a NAMCO return label. Product returned without prior authorization will not be refunded unless product was refused at the time of delivery.  All products must be in new condition and sealed in its original packaging.  All damaged items will be inspected upon arrival to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all opened/unopened merchandise. Merchandise requiring pickup will be assessed a $100.00 pickup fee.

Delivery fees are not refundable. Due to safety concerns, chemicals cannot be returned unless otherwise authorized by a NAMCO representative.

Returns to Store:
You are welcome to bring your item along with your receipt to any of our Namco or Branch Brook stores upon authorization from a NAMCO representative.  To find out if your product qualifies for in store return – please click here.

Refunds:

Please allow 7 to 14 days from the time of receipt at NAMCO for your refund.  All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
