Store Manager: Maximize sales by executing company programs through delegation and hands on implementation and follow up. Create and maintain a customer first selling culture and environment that recognizes and rewards superior service. Ensure flawless execution of company direction around merchandise placement and assortment, operational excellence and store standards. Reports directly to the District Manager.
Assistant Manager: Maximize sales and customer service by creating a shopping environment which will engage customers through a clean, stocked, priced and visually exciting customer friendly store. Create and maintain a customer first selling culture that recognizes and rewards superior service. Exhibit mastery of core competencies (Leadership, Team management, Communication, Analysis, Decision Making and Planning and Organizational) on a daily basis. Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Part Time Sales Associates (in all our Stores)
Looking for a way to earn extra income at more than just an hourly rate? Consider becoming a Part Time Sales Associate in one of our 40 stores. As a sales person you are part of the NAMCO retail team while earning commissions in a fun environment. NAMCO provides extensive training in our complete product lines and superior customer service.
